Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RKW Gallery (a unit of Radhe Krishna World), we strive to deliver your sacred books and spiritual art in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Areas: We ship to almost all pincodes within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at shop@rkwgallery.com.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, orders typically reach our customers within:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at the time of checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999].
  • Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.

2. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Content: Your satisfaction is our priority at RKW Gallery. Please read our policy regarding returns and cancellations carefully.

A. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please WhatsApp us at +91 9460500125 or email shop@rkwgallery.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

B. Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-Day Window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted if the item is received in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was sent.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For spiritual and hygiene reasons, items such as opened Ubtan powders, consecrated Malas/Kanthi, or Vrindavan Raj cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please send a photo/video of the damaged product to our WhatsApp or Email.

C. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID for the refund.
